How do I place an order?

To purchase a product click on the Add To Cart option of the item(s) that you want. The item(s) will then be added to your basket. You can either view your shopping bag or Pay Now. Items in My Cart Bag are not reserved for you and are available for other people to buy so make sure you act fast if there’s something you really want. Items will not be reserved from stock until you have paid for them. If an item goes out of stock it will be shown as 'item is currently unavailable'.
Payment and Shipping

When purchasing a product through The LAX Collection, once you have secured and finalised your purchase(s) via PayPal, we post your item(s) using Royal Mail, usually taking 3-5 working days. All posting and packaging is free within the United Kingdom. Please contact us regarding items you wish to purchase outside of the UK. ​

The LAX Collection uses PayPal, a secure online payment method, which allows you to pay or get paid quickly and easily without having to share any of your financial information. PayPal remembers your bank details, and keeps them locked up safe - so you don't have to.

Returns & refunds

Due to hygiene reasons unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on any items or sets containing either earrings or nose rings.
